Hello Grand Reserve Residents,

As we strive to keep our neighborhood looking beautiful we need your help.

Over the past week, we have experienced landscape damage to the berm area along 56th Circle as a result of residents/guests driving or parking over the berm grass, creating a large rut, and also driving over new plantings in this area and destroying them.

Residents and their guests are NOT permitted to park on any grass berms within the community. Vehicles parked in violation may be subject to tow away at the owners’ expense and liability. Please remember that pursuant to the Association’s Governing Documents, Homeowners remain responsible for the actions of their tenants, guests, family members, service personnel etc. Therefore, homeowners found liable for such violations/ damage may be subject to fining and/or being assessed for the cost of repairing the damage.

We ask everyone to be sure to avoid this type of violation by strictly adhering to the association’s rules and regulation. We further ask your assistance in properly reporting such violations. “If you see something say something” If you see anyone parking/driving on the berms, or any other landscaped common area, please report to Benchmark at 954-344-5353 or preferably via e-mail to [email protected] If you are able to provide additional information such as make, model and license plate number of the vehicle, address or name of the violator, photos or videos, it would certainly assist the Association in being able to hold the appropriate party accountable.
